Returns

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We are more than happy to accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your goods, whatever the reason. You need to have contacted us within 14 days of receiving your order to for us to process a return.

After that, unopened and unused products purchased on getrocketbook.co.uk may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days. In order to return your product to us, you must first contact us to confirm the correct returns details. Any returns shipped without confirmation may not be refunded.

We are not able to accept returns of opened products after 14 days of receipt. If you return your product opened, you may have to pay to have it shipped back to you.

Customers will be required to pay the cost of shipments back to us apart from the case of faulty goods. We recommend using a tracked/signed service, we are unable to refund any shipments that are not tracked and signed for if they are lost.

Please note that it can take up to 14 days for returns to be processed by the warehouse.

To kickstart the return process, please send an email to hello@getrocketbook.co.uk with "Return" or "Exchange" in the subject line as well as the order number and reason for return/exchange in the body of the email.

When returning your product, please include the return form that was included with your original shipment.
